I was born and raised in Coalinga California. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1991 and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute ( GRI ). I started my real estate career in Corvallis Oregon in 1991 and obtained my associate brokers license for the state of Oregon in 1995. After another year of living and working in Central and Southern Oregon, I decided to move back to California to continue my real estate career. I have been licensed in California since 1996. After working for a broker in Coalinga for a few years my husband and I decided to move back to Southern Oregon, there I worked for The Real Estate Center in Medford, OR. Once again after only a few years we felt the desire to move back to California. We decided on Paso Robles and I continued my career with Prudential Hallmark Real Estate. During this time my husband started his own business, Mid State Crane & Pumping Unit Service. Since the majority of Fred's work was in Coalinga, I decided to obtain my Broker's license (while working for Prudential) so we could move closer to the action. In October of 2003 my husband, horses, donkeys, dogs & cats moved once more back "Home".

In November of 2003 I opened Mid State Realty. All the different places I have worked gave me great opportunities to expand my knowledge in sub-division sales, rural residential properties, lots & land, commercial, as well as re-sale residential. I have a very energetic & enthusiastic approach to all my real estate transactions and I know the importance of "going the extra mile" to help you!
