If I find listings that fit a client’s criteria, I immediately email the listing directly to them from the MLS site. They can instantly see the entire listing, description, and pictures if included. If my client has an interest to view the property, we make an appointment immediately. This way accurate information gets to my clients FAST! They often see listings before most agents do. This is a great way for my clients to see good buys early, and have a chance to act on them before anyone else does. Don’t worry if you don’t have email.
